Female Security Guard

The latest issue I am facing is very simple, female security guards should not be asked to do night duty. But why do we asked for female guards in the first place? yea bla bla bla. But how many should we employ? I have 12 of them.

I am sorry to ask them to work at places where they will be bored to death. I have no choice, they can only work during the day.

If I asked them to work at night, they will have to work in pair. That would be a waste of resources.

Things need to be considered before hiring female security guard
1. How long do you want to employ them. Meaning? Your employment contract must include this issue. After that? Redeploy them as general clerk, general worker etc. Why? Well just ask those with experience of having old female security guard.
2. How many do you want?
3. Where do you want to place them?
4. Any additional skills required? Able to speak English etc.

There are advantages and disadvantages of having female security guards. You have to be careful with this issues. Funny... we can't discuss this matter in the open. They'll brand us as bias!
